10 Storey Build to Rent Building
Sets & Co. was engaged during the tender phase to support the contractor in
securing this project within a competitive Design & Construct (D&C) tender process. The project included a 10-storey level Build to Rent apartment building with a single basement. Our services included review of the Bills of Quantities (BoQs) provided, identifying scope gaps in the BoQ and tender documentation, engagement with the subcontractor market, vetting trades and providing value management initiatives.
24 Storey Luxury Apartment Building - Southbank (2025)
Sets & Co supported the winning contractor during the D&C tender for a 24-level luxury apartment with 3 basement levels in Southbank. Our services included preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs) provided, identifying scope gaps in the tender documentation, engagement with the subcontractor market, vetting trades and providing value management initiatives.

In collaboration with the selected contractor through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process, Sets&Co delivered cost planning, estimating, and tender management services to ensure the Coles Retail Development project in Armstrong Creek Town Centre, Geelong aligned with the client’s budget requirements.
